Skill: Handstand Strengthening Drills

WOD:

14 Minute AMRAP
150 M. Run
7 HandStand PushUps

 

If you're not coming to class because our evening classes are cancelled, choose one of these options:

B. Go for a 1, 2, or 3 mile run.  Map out a route around your neighborhood and go at your own pace.

 

C. Simulate this WOD at home by doing 14 Minutes of : Sprint- should be short, maybe 3 houses down if you're in a typical neighborhood, then a set of 7 pushups. Repeat.

 

D. Take the evening to do a little food prep. Prepare your breakast, lunch AND snacks for Wednesday so you know you'll have healthy options ready at your fingertips!
