On the topic of setting SMART Goals...

Remember, we're going to get one SMART goal for everyone (wow, that'd be amazing) on the whiteboard by Friday or on Friday.

Here's your Tuesday thoughts to get you started with your goal setting. Start with the S-M-

Example #1:

Specific- get better at double unders
Measurable- 50 unbroken

*My goal is to do 50 unbroken double unders.

Example #2
Specific- do pullups, unassisted
Measurable- do 1 pullup, chin over bar

*My goal is to complete 1 unassisted chin over bar pullup.

Example #3
Specific- clean and jerk pr
Measurable- 5 more pounds

*My goal is to add 5 pounds to my personal best clean and jerk.  (This could be more specific even--> "squat clean and split jerk" or "power clean + push jerk", etc.)

Workout of the Day

For Time
50 Thrusters (95/65)
40 Chest to Bar Pullups
30 Alternating Pistols

*This is similar to the workout from 1/24/2017, but with no built in rest.
Does this change your game plan when you know you don't have mandatory rest but you're left to your own devices?
