Workout of the Day
20 Minute EMOM-
Even minutes- starting at 0- Deadlift x6
Odd minutes- starting at 1- 100 M. Sprint
You'll alternate movements today through the course of 20 minutes. When you finish your reps for the assigned minute, you'll rest until the next minute starts. The deadlift should be heavy, but but not more than 75% of your 1RM.
ALL MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND, REGARDLESS OF EXPERIENCE LEVEL.
