Workout of the Day

Skill/Strength: Front Squat 4 sets of 5- from the floor

Conditioning:

8 Rounds

Every 2 minutes, complete, as fast as possible

24 Jumping Lunges
8 DB Hanging Knee Raise
6 Burpees
Rest until the next 2 minutes starts

Score is average time to completion. This means you'll write down your times for each round and then find the average. Keep times fast and you'll get enough rest to be ready to go again each round.

 

**Also, please remember that Tuesday evening classes are cancelled due to the dairy parade action downtown. If you'd like to get in on Tuesday's morning classes, reserve your spot- even put yourself on the wait list and I can put you into the class as reserved. Thanks! The mornings are nice and cool and Main St. is super quiet that early, perfect for running! ;-)
