This week we'll get more specific (in the blog post, not necessarily in class) about goal setting. By Friday, my goal, is to have you all write a goal on the whiteboard at the gym. To get started thinking, watch this cheesy video. It's actually pretty good- short and to the point, even with all the cheese.


Workout of the Day

8 Minute AMRAP

10 Deadlift (225/155)
15 Box Jump (24/20)
15 Deadlift

20 Deadlift
15 Box Jump
25 Deadlift
15 Box Jump,

etc....

Score will be total reps completed.
