Yesterday you worked on building back up some overhead, strict pushing strength. Today you'll focus on strict pulling strength. This is a nice follow up to the couple of days recently that you worked on performing strict pull ups in the hollow body position.
You will scale accordingly to ensure you're performing the proper mechanics of the pull-ups. Settle for nothing less than your best. Be particular.
