Workout of the Day

Strength- Deadlift! We'll work from a percentage of our 1RM for sets of 5.  Use numbers from 12/2 if you have them. If not, no worries.

8 Minute AMRAP

8 Deadlifts (135/95)
8 Over the bar burpees
8 AbMat Situps

I'm excited to watch you do this one. Keep it light and quick.
