So today is the last WOD before the fran challenge. How much can you lift?! If you have been coming in during the last few weeks you should be ready for the lifting today. We are changing things up a bit and looking for a 2 Rep Max. If you already have numbers for your 3 rep then you should be good to go. You will have 3 seperare 15 minute blocks to find them. 

Above you will find an old school video of Camille Leblanc-Bazinets husband lifting with Jason Kahlipa and Dave Castro. These are some real CrossFit OG's. And no Coach Steph "OG" doesn't mean "oldie but goodie"
