Your performance decides our programming and your successes on the PR board are the silent thank yous for all that we're doing with you. So, we want you to be a part of our slogan search. We're in need of a slogan and we want to have your input! We have typically stuck with the traditional CrossFit Headquarters slogan "Forging Elite Fitness", but we're looking for something of our own, a way to let the public know what we stand for....

150 Double Unders

Today's skill/strength work will focus on overhead pressing with the strict press. You'll press in a similar rep scheme to yesterday's backsquat, which means you'll keep it light and focus on form, for all reps and all sets. Good luck!
