8 Alternating DB Squat Snatch (35/25)
3 Bar Muscle Ups
To scale the BMU for the WOD, you'll do your most challenging version of pullups (chest to bar, chin over bar, strict, seated, etc).
*Today we'll spend some time working on drills to help us with pullups/bar muscle ups. If your unassisted pull ups are there, you will do the Bar MU drills. If you're still working on pullups, that's where you'll stay for the skill today.
