Today we will be working on a skill that we haven't hit in a while. The Turkish get up is a fantastic movement that requires great mobility, stability, strength and coordination. We will be performing several of these during the skill portion with some running involved. This will NOT be for time or for a score. With a movement like this we want to ensure that you are taking your time on your way up AND on the way down.
THURSDAY
Skill-15 mins of
20 Turkish get ups
250m Jog
WOD- 4 min AMRAP
Burpee Box Jump overs (24/20)
FRIDAY
You will have 15 minutes with each movement to find a 2RM
Back Squat
Strict Press
Deadlift
**look at your numbers from the previous weeks, come in with a plan**
