Workout of the Day
EMOM x21
Today you will choose your workout. Think of it as a practice day. Your job will be to choose 3 movements you'd like to work on, or spend more time with. Coaches can help you decide, but you'll get 21 minutes, or 7 rounds of practice with each of your 3 movements. Maybe its double unders, ring dips, or even overhead squats. Your choice. There is no score today, however, for coaches purposes, we'd like you to write your 3 movements by your name on the whiteboard so we can see what all was worked on. Maybe think about your S.M.A.R.T. GOAL if you haven't yet met it....
