I'm giving you 1 blog post this week for the whole week because, 1) For those of you doing the I-town throw down on Saturday, you can plan your rest day, active rest day and hard WOD days around this schedule. Do what's best for your body, only you know that and 2) Because sometimes it just would be nice to know what's coming up. I'm sorry to those of you who will now be stressed out for the next 5 days knowing what's in store for you.
