**Alright, so we had the Fran PR Challenge, where the competition was just you against yourself. Now, we're throwing it in the other direction in a 3 part series of one night competitions against your swole-mates. Here are some early details: more info to come soon!
* The last 3 Fridays of the summer. You can do one night, two, or all three. You choose.
* Wods will be released by August 12th. One WOD per night!
* RX, Scaled, and Masters (40+) divisions
* Friday nights from 6-8pm (August 19, 26, and September 2)
* Any experience level can sign up, we'll help you choose your appropriate division, if you're not sure.
* Prizes will be awarded each night after the completion of the last heat!
