Workout of the Day

10 Rounds, each for their own speed.
In 3 Minutes complete one round of:
10 Wall Balls (20/14)
10 Burpees

Score will be the time of your slowest round.

Saturday, October 1 @ 8:00pm will be our first ever 500 Club Celebration. We'll be inducting 8 individuals who have met the 500 class mark. All members and partners/spouses are welcome to attend to help celebrate. Party attire is appropriate.

Festivities will last about no more than an hour in the gym and then we'll see where it goes after that!
