I would like to encourage you to come to class 5 minutes early to use Crossover Symmetry. We won't have it built into class time today, so if you can squeeze it in before, do so. It's nice to do before a pullup workout.

Are your legs sore from lunges? Good. Is it raining out? Good. Is it too cold still? Good. Muster up the courage to work through the adversity today. Scale accordingly to keep yourselves safe, but still challenged. This one is about working on your mental toughness more than the physical. Enjoy.
