Some of you are done, and others not. If you're not quite there yet, you've got until Wednesday! Also, we'll do our re-test of 2 minutes in class on Wednesday, so don't cram in so many that you're sore for that!

We know you love putting in extra work, even at home, so what you're going to get for the month of December are weekly extra credit exercises.
These exercises will be different each week and will focus on different skills.
Your job is to do the extra credit exercises at least 3x during the week that it is assigned. You can do them:
1. After class
2. Before class
3. At home
4. At work
5. In the backyard...
This week's extra credit will be:
3 sets, for quality, not for time
3 Wall Walks
10 Shoulder Taps
1 Lateral Handstand Walk
Rest as needed between sets
Workout of the Day
5 Push Jerks (185/125)
4 Push Jerks
3 Push Jerks
2 Push Jerks
1 Push Jerk
*Choose a weight that is heavy but unbroken for you.
