5 Minute Rest

Power Cleans (185/125)
Pistols

In the first 7 minutes, you'll perform 2 deadlifts, 2 hspu, then 4 of each, 6 of each, and continue adding 2 reps of each movement until the clock beeps. In the second 7 minutes, you'll start at 2 of each and continue in the same ascending ladder rep scheme.

Your score will be total reps completed in both combined.
