Strength:
Front Squat- 7 sets of 3, from the floor. This is not only time for you to be squatting near your clean max, but it is also quality opportunity for you to practice your clean technique. Please keep that in mind when you're working today.

Conditioning:
For Time
8-6-4-2
Power Clean and Jerk (135/95)
250 M. Run after each set, including after the 2.
