Workout of the Day

For Time

10 Power Cleans (155/105)
     100 Double Unders
8 Power Cleans
     80 Double Unders
6 Power Cleans
   60 Double Unders
4 Power Cleans
   40 Double Unders
2 Power Cleans
   20 Double Unders

15 Minute TIMECAP

ADVANCED @ 5:30pm

Skills: Strict HSPU.

In 4 Minutes complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:  
10 Overhead Squat (95/65) 
5 HSPU. 

If 3 full rounds are completed, time is extended until 8 minutes. 
If before 8 minutes on the clock, you've completed 6 full rounds, time extends until 12 minutes. 
3 more rounds extends time to 16 minutes.
 And then to 20. TIMECAP is at 20 minutes.

Work hard and you'll be rewarded with more work to do.
