Add some mass to dat ass Wednesday!

 

That's right! We are back at it again and in this weeks edition we will be performing a movement that we haven't seen since we moved to the new gym. Glute Bridges! Are the the most functional movement ever? No. Is it a phenomenal accessory work movement that isolates the glutes? ABSOLUTELY! A majority of CrossFitters are guilty of being a little "quad dominant" and movements like this will help to balance everything out. Have fun!

 

  

 

Looks fun right? Also for the WOD today you will have to perform a 200m run after every set that you complete. Even after the set of 2 you will be required to hit the road in order to finish the WOD
