
Workout of the Day
Skill: Kipping Pullups- If you've got strict pullups down (at least 1), we'll spend a little bit of time practicing the kipping swing. Don't worry, if your body is not yet ready to do unassisted pullups, there will be plenty of work for you to do too, muah hahaha.
Conditioning:
6 Rounds for time
6 Pullups
12 Overhead Squats (95/65)
This should be fast. If you know you can do all 6 sets of 6 pullups unbroken and unassisted, scale up to shoot for unbroken sets of 6 Chest to Bar Pullups, if you want. Or, just zoom right through the chin over bar. Your choice.
