Another Repeat!

 

These are some of the major pieces of the CrossFit puzzle. We hope that you all have been documenting your workouts! It is extremely important that we not only write down the WOD and our score but our set up and loading as well. One of the most exciting things to do is see your progress on paper. If you have improved anything in the last few months or if you hit a PR for todays WOD then let us know!
