That's the theme of Thursday's WOD. Don't hold back, just push. Everyone could use a dose of high intensity suffering like this once in a while.
Oh and speaking of PUSH. There are some bags of the PUSH, pre-workout by SFH at the gym. If you want to try it out, get one of the single serve packs first. Pat Horton improved his Fran time by 3 minutes after his first injection of PUSH.
