The KB Clinic flew by on Saturday. We learned lots about the double and single arm swing and new shoulder positions. We got to do tons of butt/hamstring drills, clean, jerk, snatch, deadlift, turkish get up drills and more. 

Workout of the Day

A. 5 Rounds
1 Minute ROW
1 Minute Rest

B. 5 Rounds
1 Minute KB Swings (53/35)
1 Minute Rest

C. 5 Rounds
1 Minute Burpees
1 Minute Rest
