As Many Rounds as Possible of:
1 Home cooked meal
2 Hour Nap
3 Pieces of Pie
4 Give Thanks
5 Push Ups- you know, to squeeze in the last of your 500!
See you on Friday for EVENING CLASSES ONLY! This is our FAMILY DAY- so bring your family members (ages 14+) free to workout with you! The workout will be beginner friendly and may not be posted on this page.
Saturday Morning- Massage Day with Hannah PB! Come early or stay late to get your muscles soothed to start your day! (I realize now I forgot about the sign up sheet for time slots!- Nobody said anything about it either!)
