Back to the basics!
Today we will be breaking down the Air Squat in class and then performing a couple of them in the WOD. Don't worry guys, its just a couple....
This is by far the most functional moment that we perform on a daily basis and sometimes it is nice to just go back and revisit the finer points. We can always improve.

Keep in mind that we will be having limited classes on Friday afternoon and no classes this Saturday.
