Double Unders are challenging for sure. Lots of you have the ropes that we provide at the gym. Those are great as starter ropes and once your technique is solid you'll have no issue with those ropes. But, in the meantime, if you find yourself at a plateau, it may be time to think about upgrading your rope. The bearing ropes that Rogue sells are great for a change of pace, and they're pretty inexpensive too. The second link is to a rope that has a heavier handle, a bit more pricey, but also super dependable.
Try out one of these two options for a change of pace with those double unders.
