FRIDAY NIGHT FIGHTS ROUND 2= ISABEL or 30 Snatches for time. We'll have an RX version and a Scaled/Masters version. We do not expect you to go Unbroken on all 30 reps like Emily above. We do expect you to do something that may be a challenge for you. This is what its all about, right? If you linger in that comfort zone you'll actually be hanging out atop a plateau, breathing out a sigh of grief as you watch others around you make the climb to the next peak.

Get off that plateau. Friday Night. Do it.

Workout of the Day
Skill: Handstand stuff! If you're already proficient with handstand stuff, you'll work with a coach on refining your HSPU technique. If you're new to being upside down, you'll work with a coach on getting a little more inverted than just hanging over the end of your bed letting your hair dangle.
