Today, we'll work on our pistol, or one-legged squat. We'll have a range of options for you. The video below shows a few of the different ways we can work with the pistol. Pistols require loads of mobility in all the major joints in your lower body (ankles, knees, hips) so it will be challenging, yet rewarding to find a way that works for your body.

Every 3 minutes complete:
10 Alternating PIstols
14 KettleBell Swings
50 Double Unders
