Skill: Snatch Deadlift
*Today we'll practice the snatch grip deadlift but not for the purpose of just practicing a wide grip deadlift, we're going to practice with intentions of fixing up our first pull (from the floor) for the snatch. The bulk of today's class time will mostly be spent on this first pull so that we can maximize the benefit of the 2nd and most powerful pull, that from the launch position.

Also, for Round 2 of Friday Night Fights, we've made some adjustments to weights: Here's now what it will look like. This is a great benchmark WOD for you to find your score for, if you don't have one, or if you do you can compare to your score from May 6, 2015.However, if you are comparing from May 2015, please be aware that day you did squat snatches, Round 2 on Friday can be power snatches.
