Workout of the Day

14 Minute AMRAP

20 Walking Lunges
6 Strict Pullups OR 4 Bar Muscle Ups

*It's a choose your own pulling adventure today! You decide if you will perform strict pullups or bar muscle ups. As usual, adjust repetitions as appropriate to your current fitness abilities and needs.

We'll have various scaled options for pulling as well!

Now, get up and move around!
