Here are some more details!

Monday- Wear some red/white/blue garb to show your love of freedom, fitness and our country! 

Tuesday- Come to class and get your name entered into a drawing to win free swag. We will draw one name at the end of each class!

Wednesday- Sweat before the Thursday feast! Coach Kasey has got a pretty long and sweaty hero wod lined up for us this day!

Thursday- No CLASSES. Rest Day. Do the YMCA Turkey Trot. Enjoy your family time.

Friday- Friday evening classes only and you should bring a family member or a few (sorry, only ages 14+ allowed to workout!). The WOD will be beginner friendly and accessible to everyone! Sign yourself up as usual and then come a few minutes early with family for them to fill out the waiver.

Saturday- Partner workouts and free massages by our very own Hannah PB! Sign up for your 10 minute massage on the sign up sheet at the gym, starting on Monday.
