Over the Bar Burpees
*So, today is meant to be a light day with a low-skill gymnastics movement. Yesterday was our heavy day, with those deadlifts. Keep it light on the power snatch, especially with this many reps. Don't let the burpees slow you down, pick a pace through those that you can sustain without a lot of rest between burpee reps.
