Cleanin & Jerkin!


Why a pic of Mat Fraser? Because I can that's why. He also happens to be one of the best olympic weightlifters in the whole wide world of CrossFit. If you ever find a sweet video of him lifting then you should definitely share it with the group! 


As I mentioned yesterday, I'm a simple creature. For that reason I would like all of you to read these two short articles that are written by people that are way smarter than me. Secondly, I would like it if you could post some feedback below. What sticks with you? What is something that is new to you? Will any of this info help you lift more efficiently?

That stuck with me, Its impossible to drive weight over head when your feet are off the ground. That statement has helped me to think drive my body under the bar.
