That's right people, today we will not be performing some crazy complex Olympic lifts, no wall balls and no darn thrusters. We figured that we would give you a break from all of that nonsense so that we could just put you through something that is nice and easy. Burpees!
I know that not many of you are fans of this great movement but think about it for a second... with a WOD like this you can pretty much just turn your brain off and GO! I know from experience that many of you are pros at turning off your brains. I've been doing it for years, sometimes its pretty refreshing.
Before we get to the WOD today we will be performing a 15 min EMOM with 3 different gymnastic movements. Don't worry, we wouldn't make you do burpees for an entire class. Who would ever do that?
