Who can do it?- Any current Seven Valley CrossFit member.

Who should do it?- Anyone looking to really get better at their squats, overhead strength, sprint stamina, and pullups. The thing with the PR Challenge is that holds you accountable to show up and put in your best effort, for a full 6 weeks, consistently. If you know you have a score to beat, you're not going to skip the day we do front squats, or work on pullup efficiency. We want you to be ALL IN with your fitness throughout the summer. So, start thinking about what weight you want to do for those thrusters. Traditional prescribed Fran is (95/65), but for some, you may be doing a version of heavy Fran (135/95) or others, a lighter Fran (75/45).

Here's some more visual on what Fran might look like for you, although since its a PR challenge, you may have your own unique parameters.
