Yesterday was such a great day at the box. People were hitting PRs on their Snatch and Clean & Jerk left and right, people were cheering and pandemonium ensued. I love it when I see all of you attempting to hit a new PR while still maintaining good movement mechanics. It really makes us proud!
Today is more of a "traditional" CrossFit WOD and we will be getting right into it immediately after we hit a solid warm-up and some mobility. This will leave plenty of time for us at the end of class to do a nice cool-down followed by more mobility and stretching. This workout is designed to be a sprint but if you are feeling sore then you can definitely treat this as a lower intensity day if you just want to come in and put in some work. The choice is yours. If you are joining us for the morning classes make sure that you dress appropriately. It will be chilly outside but that is just more of an incentive to run faster!
The video below has absolutely nothing to do with the WOD today. I have been a huge fan of Chris Spealler since I started doing CrossFit. He is always inspiring and has a phenomenal wealth of knowledge that he is excited to pass onto the next generation of competitive CrossFitters.
