Workout of the Day
Skill: Hang Snatch
Every 5 Minutes complete 1 round as fast as possible of:
250 M. Sprint
8 Chest to Bar Pullups
5 Hang Snatch (115/75)
This triplet is meant to be a sprint with a solid amount of rest. I'd like you to perform moderately challenging gymnastics along with a moderate snatch weight while the heart rate is up a bit from the run. So, your run is NOT your rest. Your rest time will be your rest. Let's see what you can push yourself to do. Remember, change happens outside of the comfort zone. Have fun with this one.
Score is average time of your fastest and slowest rounds, so keep track of how long each takes.
