On Crossover Symmetry...

TRAINING MOVEMENT PATTERNS

Workout of the Day

A. Crossover Symmetry. These first few times learning the system will take some time. So be patient with the process.

B. For Time:

5-4-3-2-1
Squat Clean (185/125)
15 Burpees over the bar after each set of cleans.
