Strength: Squat Clean- build to a heavy single
Conditioning:
7 Minute AMRAP
10 Wall Balls (20/14), 10 PushUps
*This is meant to be light and quick moving!
*Also, this will be a heavy week, so its going to be extra important that you:
1. Get enough sleep (7-9 hours per night! Yes, I'm serious)
2. Eat well- Remember a balance of protein, carbs, fat in EVERY meal.
3. Take your fish oil! It'll help keep joints lubricated and squats feeling smooth!
4. Take your Recovery- your body needs nutrients replenished after intense workouts, even short ones!
