Our Summer 2016 Series (replaces the Dog Days of Summer Challenges) comes in the format of 3 rounds, Friday Night Fight style! There are 3 workouts over 3 weeks. You can be part of just 1 of them, or 2, or even all 3!

Week 1 is Friday, August 19. 
First heat starts at 6pm. Come early at 5:30 to start warming up.
All 3 weeks of WODS will be announced in the next 48 hours!
We'll have RX, Scaled and Masters (40+) divisions each with their own appropriate WOD.
If you're looking to dive into competition, then these are some nights you'll want to be a part of to get your feet wet and to get experience with a judge!

Week 1 will be a Charity event! 
A portion of Week 1's fees (you pay $10 to join the fun and help fund prizes) are going to be donated to the Cortland Loaves and Fishes Fundraiser to help restore their program in the Church that just had a fire on Court St.
