Workout of the Day
In Teams of 4:
500/350 Assault Bike Calories
*Everyone will be riding the bike today. You're going to suffer in silence, but together.
1) If you're going to sign up for the OPEN, do it already! We're putting in-house teams together next week!
2) Keep in mind Classes for Friday Feb. 17th are ONLY in the morning. The WOD that Friday morning for classes will be "Barbara". If you want in and it looks full, put yourself on a waitlist. We can handle a few extra for "Barbara". Evening classes are cancelled for Friday, Feb. 17th as well as Saturday Feb. 18th Classes. We've got a winter wedding that weekend and will be very short staffed around the gym.
Here are some things you can do with your free time:
-Spend it with your family!
-Go snow shoeing
-Go sledding at Beaudry.
-Bundle up and go running
-Tubing, cross country or down hill skiing!
-Find a hot tub to sit in
-Make some healthy weekend meals
-Take an Epsom Salt Bath
-Snuggle with a furball, or child on the couch!
-Do a LONG Romwod!
